Solo Sessions give you access to the studio and Reformers without an instructor present. Book a time during our designated solo hours and enjoy moving at your own pace. It’s ideal for:

Each session is booked in advance and takes place in our shared solo space. You’ll have your own Reformer, props, and attachments ready to go.
On-Demand Workouts with In-Studio Tablets
Need a little structure while you move?
Each station is equipped with a tablet loaded with Pilates apps and curated on-demand Reformer classes. Choose a flow that suits your level or focus and follow along at your own pace. It’s the perfect mix of freedom and support.
